What we have worked on last year

During the past 1-2 years we have upgraded our workplaces with a modern setup, deployed Microsoft Teams rooms, implemented several new security products and cloud solutions. We also love playing with the newest Hardwares – MAC & Windows are just the tip of an iceberg.

Where you will be doing this

You’ll be based in Fornebu. Since it’s a hands-on role, we’d love to see you in the office regularly to collaborate with your team and to help your colleagues solve tech mysteries.

Team

You’ll be joining a team of 2 IT superheroes, each armed with their own set of skills and a shared passion for delivering the best IT support and IT solutions. As you will be in a support role, you can expect to work with employees across the whole organization. 

Who We Think You Are

• You have experience from a similar role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Basic knowledge in Jira and Confluence
• We use Windows and MacOS so a good knowledge on both is important
• You have an understanding of network
• Knowledgeable in ITIL
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software
• You are structured and follow-through tasks in an efficient way. You are also curious and take on a dynamic approach to work
  

Nice to have

• Basic Powershell understanding
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity – awareness of basic cybersecurity principles and practices
• Documentation skills – clearly and concisely document processes and solutions to maintain knolwedge basis 
• Basic understanding of managing access control systems
