Sales Manager

What you will really be doing
- Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Proactively engage with existing customers and foster long-term partnerships while growing a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
- Oversee Business Agreements: Manage the full lifecycle from Pilot to signed SaaS agreements, from initiation to completion with a strong focus on successfully closing deals.
- Drive Sales Processes: Develop business cases, draft customer proposals and contracts, facilitate commercial negotiations, and lead tender processes and offers.
- Collaborate across-teams: Work with internal teams, including technical sales and marketing experts to address product-related queries, manage client communication and identify process improvements to help optimize and shorten the sales cycle.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Experience: Enhance user experience, foster positive interactions and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
How you will be doing this
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively seeking potential clients, and leveraging your personal network and industry connections
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders
- Utilize domain knowledge to engage stakeholders and handle business agreements effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill sales targets and achieve revenue goals

Oslo/Stavanger, Norway
The Team
You will be part of a lean commercial team working with colleagues across Norway, the US and the UK. You will also collaborate with teams and departments in the wider organisation, interacting daily and closely, with partners around the globe.
Who we think you are
- A dynamic and experienced professional with 5-10 years of experience working in a sales role
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with empathetic listening skills, who balances pragmatic decision-making with strategic thinking
- Proven track record of selling products and solutions globally
- Highly driven and motivated with the patience and resilience to navigate and succeed in long sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in handling contract negotiations
- Enjoy traveling as this role requires a high frequency of travel (e.g. every month)
