What you will really be doing
🤝 Grow and manage a portfolio of major O&G accounts, taking clients from pilot stage to permanent agreements and further scaling across regions.
🌱 Build strategic and operational relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions.
🧭 Work in autonomous and cross-functional pods that take long-term ownership of each account.
📈 Drive commercial responsibility: identify growth opportunities, manage scope changes, and ensure project delivery meets expectations.
🔍 Provide data-driven insights on account health, risks, and potential - and turn this into clear recommendations internally and externally.
🌍 Represent Aize in relevant forums, strengthen our footprint in existing and new regions, and actively contribute to our growth strategy.
How you will be doing this
🧩 Develop and own account plans that outline how Aize will grow within each customer.
🤝 Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts and run regular business reviews across operational, digital, and commercial functions.
📊 Follow up on commercial progress, manage changes, and ensure all deliverables align with agreed goals.
📡 Use data and insights together with Advisory and supporting functions to anticipate issues and identify new opportunities.
🛠️ Collaborate closely across Aize - from Product and Marketing to Sales and Support - and be a strong voice for the customer in product development and prioritization.
🚀 Help shape how we work with large global accounts in the years to come, in a team that is growing and evolving.
Who we think you are
You have solid experience from O&G and understand how major EPC organizations operate.
You have worked with large, complex customers and enjoy operating at the intersection of commercial ownership, relationship building, and strategic growth.
You understand or are curious about digitalization and transformation in the industry - you see the value of technology even if you’re not a technologist yourself.
You work independently, maturely, and in a structured way, and can manage multiple growth tracks at the same time.
You communicate clearly and credibly, whether speaking with executives or operational teams.
