Senior Software Engineer
What you tell your friends you do
“I develop the identity and access management that keeps Aize secure and seamless, shaping the product experience as much as the code.”
What you will really be doing
🧩 Build and evolve our backend services in C#/.NET, owning key parts of our IAM domain
🔗 Design and maintain integrations between our portal, backend services, and third-party systems
🚀 Work across a broad surface area: backend, React frontend, and the DevOps infrastructure that keeps everything running
🧭 Shape features with the product team by scoping, estimating, and challenging the “why” behind what we build
🤝 Mentor teammates, contribute to architectural discussions, and help facilitate agile ceremonies
🔁 Support a team that owns everything end-to-end, from infrastructure to UI, in a domain where you can grow
How you will be doing this
🏗 Working as part of a self-driven team of seven that owns an entire “app within the app” - full flow, full responsibility
⚙️ Using and improving our DevOps setup (Terraform, CI/CD, cloud platforms), building on foundations already established
💻 Mostly focusing on backend, with the opportunity to jump into frontend and infrastructure when it makes sense
🤔 Collaborating closely with other engineering teams and disciplines to balance technical depth with user and business needs
📈 Bringing your experience and the right attitude to help the team scale
Who we think you are
An engineer who is comfortable taking ownership and navigating a wide technical landscape
Strong in either C#/.NET or Java, or with deep domain experience elsewhere and eager to upskill in the stack
Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and ideally Terraform - or excited to learn
Curious about IAM or identity-related domains, even if you haven’t worked in them before
Confident collaborating across teams, coordinating work, and contributing to architectural discussions
Someone who thinks holistically: product, purpose, and users - not just code
The team
The IAM team is a small, self-driven team that owns an entire “app within the app” at Aize. We’re responsible for the full identity and access flow. The team works end-to-end: defining problems together with product, designing solutions, building, running, and improving them in production. We’re largely backend-focused, but there’s room to work across frontend and DevOps, and we value engineers who enjoy understanding the whole system rather than just one slice.

About Aize
We believe our product will connect experts across disciplines, domains and industries.
For decades, siloed information and lack of collaboration have hindered teams working in heavy-asset projects. Solving that is our main priority - but only the beginning.
We say we see things differently, but people rarely accept different if it doesn’t also mean better. So we have to show our clients that we can deliver better for them and that’s why we’re recruiting the best from all over the world to help us.
At Aize, we know what happens when you give the smartest of us the tools to succeed.
