How you will be doing this 

• Manage and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and feedback.

• Oversee smooth delivery of scalable, high-performance SaaS solutions, prioritizing quality, security, and best practices.

• Collaborate across functions with product managers, tech leads, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and strategy.

• Promote technical quality, driving best practices and occasionally diving into code reviews and technical problem-solving.

• Provide a clear vision and direction, aligning team efforts with company goals and ensuring a focus on customer value.

Team
Our Design System team wants enable efficient delivery of business outcomes for product teams by building high quality and bug free components that Aize need for commonly used features.

We are also looking for someone for our IAM team.  Either way you will collaborate with other teams at Aize and contribute to the development of the entire product due to the interconnected nature of our work.

Who we think you are 

• Experienced with building SaaS products, and you’re no stranger to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

• Experienced with guiding technical teams, with 7+ years of engineering under your belt.

• Agile advocate, always looking for ways to make things work better and faster.

• Experienced in setting and managing team KPIs, OKRs, and implementing data-driven decision-making processes

• A clear communicator, skilled at keeping stakeholders in the loop and on board with the vision.

• Collaborative, ready to jump in and work across teams to deliver great results together.
